Signs of spring in South Carolina

12 hole golf courses

Jack Nicklaus and others are pressing for 12-hole golf courses as a way to engage more beginner golfers and those pressed for time. Please respond with the answer that best matches your opinion.

	Strongly agree, I would regularly play 12-hole rounds.
	Agree, as long as the first 6 holes come back to the clubhouse so I could play 18 when I want to.
	No way, Jack; the number of golf holes should always be divisible by 9.

The azaleas were just starting to bloom on Thursday at Wachesaw Plantation in Murrells Inlet, SC. I'll review the excellent Tom Fazio golf course and the surrounding community in the coming days.
